Program Fees
There is an annual registration fee of $5 per family. Click the buttons above to view the fee schedules.
We offer a 20% discount on fees paid in advance. You can pay in advance in two ways:

If you know you will need care on specific days or a specific number of days per week, you can sign up for the annual flat fee plan that suits your needs and set up automatic monthly installments from your checking account. For more information or to set up an installment plan, email the Program Coordinator.

If you will need occasional or intermittent drop-in care, make a deposit to your account and your fees will be deducted at the discounted rate.
A fee waiver is available to families who qualify upon request and verification. you can apply for our fee waiver through our Income Eligibility Determination form that will go home in the back-to-school packet. Please contact the program coordinator if you'd like to request this option.
Billing & Payments
Invoices are sent via email by the 10th of the month following the month of service (ie: by October 10 you will receive your bill for September).
Payment is due by the last day of the month it was billed (ie: September's bill is due October 31). Invoices may be paid electronically using a checking account or in person to your school's front office by cash or check. Make checks payable to The Academies After School Program.
